Up to 100 programs may be stores in the cycler and individual users may stores up to ten programs on a personal card which can be used in any Eppendorf Mastercycler® model for easy, reproducible transfer of work between cyclers. Auto-restart in event of power failure. Up to 20°C gradient. This function means different annealing, denaturation or extension temperatures can be used within one cycle to investigate optimum conditions for PCR reactions.
